There's no separate subscription fee sitting in the background. Make any changes - skip, pause, swap, or cancel - before that date, and nothing is charged.

When exactly will I be charged?

Only when your order is actually about to go out - never a surprise charge on some random date. You'll get a heads-up email first.

No minimum - you're free to cancel after your very first delivery. That said, most dogs need around 6 weeks of daily use before you'll notice a real difference. Years of plaque buildup doesn't break down overnight, so it's worth sticking with it through that first stretch.

We'll automatically retry the payment before touching your subscription, so a one-off card issue won't cancel anything on its own.
